Poem of a Psalm 107
What did I ever do?
To deserve love from You?
What had I ever known,
That is greater than the salvation you gifted me with,
And the promise of Heaven in my heart sown?
I planted by the river,
yet before I gave my life to You,
It did not yield anything but pain and fever,
that almost took my life away,
But by grace and mercy, You revealed to me what is True...
Now that I know, Who died for me,
While I was drunk on my own sin,
In a moment you calmed my life, like a mighty storm in the sea,
And blessed a looser, in Christ to continuously win...
