Poem of a Psalm 32

I am a sinner, I know no good,
for what is good, apart from Thee?
You poured Your mercy when in sin I stood,
Jesus, how can you so much love me?

When I sinned, you have kept me well,
in this old forsaken land,
I was oppressed by the enemy, and constantly in misery I fell,
when suddenly You snatched me from his evil hand.

I confessed unto the Lord,
that I am a great and awful sinner,
then I put my trust in Jesus's sacrifice and blood,
and You gave me eternal life, born-again,
dead to this world, alive in Christ, I am a winner.
