Poem of a Psalm 61

From my eyes I pour out water,
From my body, dripping sweat and blood,
The only thing that sustains me,
is Your Holy altar,
In my darkest days, You preserved me,
Under Your wings is where I stood...

My LORD and my Father,
You know me well,
My heart is fully Yours,
My soul to satan I can never sell...

When I called, You answered,
When I almost fell,
You put me back up again,
My heart comforted,
My worries sheltered,
To Your love is where I ran...

Thank You God!
May Your kingdom always be,
And Your saints comforted in their trials on earth, while we wait for our LORD Jesus's return.
