Poem of a Psalm 71

When I slip,
And I am bound to fall,
You send angels to lift me up,
Even though I am nothing but a straw,

In Your Kingdom in Heaven, there is no need,
But in this world, the evil snares me every day,
God they may take my life, but not my eternal creed,
It is appointed for a man once to die and then to pay...

I choose heaven over a furnace in hell,
I plead Jesus's blood all over my life,
Remember salvation comes from belief and is not for sale,
For money can only reward you with strife...
